What are flex packages?
Flex packages are prepaid voice plans that offer a combination of local and international minutes, known as flex minutes. With these packages, customers can enjoy local calls, data, and social media usage, while also having the flexibility to call 32 international countries using their flex minutes.
Flex minutes including local calls and calls to Argentina, Australia, Bangladesh (mobile only), Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Egypt, Estonia, Iceland, India, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan (Ufone, Zong, Jazz / Warid), Peru, Puerto Rico, Romania, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Sudan (Zain Sudan), Sweden, Taiwan, United States, Venezuela & Yemen.
Packages Benefits:
Flex packages are valid for 28 days
Flex minutes can be used for local & 32 international destinations

Terms & Conditions:
- Flex package are available on Prepaid only
- Call rate is calculated per 60 seconds
- Data is calculated per 100 Kbps
- Customer can use flex minutes for local and for countries mentioned in the flex packages
- SMS is not part of the bundle, hence PAYG rates apply
- All charges and/or fees payable under this contract shall be exclusive of taxes as VAT is paid at time of recharge.
- Calls to 9200 unified numbers will be deducted from the free local minutes available on the bundle. Once the package subscription is expired, then the Pay-As-You-Go call rate for the 9200 numbers will be 0.17 SAR/Min.
- The following out of bundle charges apply:
- On-net calls: 0.35 SAR/minute
- Off-net calls: 0.35 SAR/minute
- SMS on-net: 0.35 SAR/message
- SMS off-net: 0.35 SAR/message
- Data: 0.02 SAR/MB
- Social media data packages do not cover tethered connections.
- Your subscription will be automatically renewed if the balance in your wallet is equal to or exceeds the price of the package.
